About Reliable Rental

Reliable Rental is a fully licensed and insured party rental company based in Minnesota. Our mission is to help you elevate your events with clean, safe, and exciting inflatables, games, and party equipment. We proudly offer special discounts for corporate events, churches, schools, and community fundraisers, as well as package savings when you rent multiple units from our bundles page.

Scheduling & Delivery

When placing your reservation, you’ll be asked to select your desired event times. While we do our best to accommodate these times, actual delivery and pickup windows may vary based on our daily routes and availability. We will contact you prior to your event date to confirm and coordinate final drop-off and pickup details.

Deposits & Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required at checkout to secure your reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if your reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before your event, or if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event date may result in a non-refundable deposit, at Reliable Rental’s discretion.
